Can anybody tell me if there is a 240mm d.i.y kit available for the rear of the valk. Nobody seems to be able to assist me in South-Africa.

Ifso, what conversions are available and are  there any problems known with a conversion.

Kindly forward me any details.

Greetings from lovely S.A.

I believe he is asking about the rear tire.  205 width care tire will fit if you remove the cage on the rear fender strut bolts and install a couple of washers to push the rear of the fender out.  I installed carrieage bolts from the inside to replace the rear bolts that attach the fender.

Marteen,

You need to talk to Dogg on the forum.  He has modified his rear end quite a bit.  I don't know what size tire he is running, but it is huge.

Directline prototyped and marketed a 240 conversion for a while at $3K but I guess the demand wasn't there at that price. I believe it consisted of a custom wheel, 240 tire, modified swingarm, and a wide fender.
