Anybody ever fitted a set themselves? I know MarkT makes them, but unfortunately my budget won't stretch that far at the moment.

What do you mean by 5 inches? Diameter ? Don't think the oem is that big.

A 4" will fit over the stock exhaust, mine are a 4" inlet stepped up to a 5" out. You get get them in a variety of lengths. Depending on how long you want you can leave some of the stock baffles in, or in my case go short and cut all the stock stuff off.

That looks sweet!
I have 4" stacks on now, I saw a set of 5" at inzane and thought the looked great!
How does it sound/run with those short pipes on?

I made up an extra large set of Lollipop baffles and put them in for some back pressure. It runs great but I have some deceleration pop going on. Don't know if the pop was there before and just didn't hear it, but hear it now.
I think it sounds awesome but I would hate to be riding alongside or behind it now. She's loud.
