 Hey guys I was wondering does the horn work on positive side or thr ground side? Thanks

One side of the horn goes to ground, the other to the switch, which provides power.

I seen that! I'm hooking up an air horn and got to hook positive from switch to relay! Wondering if I have to hook up grond or just leave it? Cause relay is already grounded!

Yes you want to hook up the stock horn wiring (both 12v and ground) to the relay. If you don't do this the handlebar horn switch will not work. It needs a ground, and the relay needs to see the switch when pressed. The horn switch will trigger the relay will trigger 12v directly from the battery to the air horn.
