The Saga Continues...Bought Bike (standard) from Arizona ,13120mi ...been sitting 2 years in garage.
Carbs removed and thoroughly cleaned ,I thought any way. Rebuilt with redeyes total kit. All new K&L Float needles,New #38 Jets, New intake O-rings, new Vacuum caps, New Pingle , Tygon fuel lines, New Honda Air filter, cleaned and gapped all the plugs. De-smoged. Idle Mixture screws out 1 3/4 turns. Put it all back together, making sure all boots were properly seated and tightened. Put in Fresh premium gas (10% ethanol) Had one sticky float that dumped fuel on top of the crankcase till I tapped the #4 carb and it stopped instantly. Choked it and She fired right up and I quickly adjusted the Idle screw.
She sounded beautiful... Hadn't Licensed it yet so only got to drive her around  the Parking lot of my shop for about 15 minutes, got her up to 45 or so(big lot).etc.
Put her away in the shop, after turning off the fuel and letting her idle for a while, so I could change out all of the fluids,Oil,Coolant, Brake, Rear end when I could get to it, busy with work. Been 80's and Low 90's for two weeks... went to start her...came to life , didn't sound the same... missing, spitting. Exhaust pipes from cylinders 2 and 4 weren't warming up  like the others...smoothed out some at 2000 to 2500 rpm (with choke off). Checked the plugs, looked almost new, not hot like the others. Checked the float bowls on 2 and 4..... got gas from both of them....stumped...any thoughts you guys...

Whats common between the two? Think about that and a possible problem . Pull the plugs and see if you have spark? Open the drains on those 2 carbs and see if you have fuel? IF no spark try a plug change first.  If no change go to the coils make sure all is good there?

If spark isn't the problem then it's fuel more than likely.  Sometimes cking fuel first is easier?? Gonna have to double ck your work on those two carbs. Start simple then go from there.
