Love it. We had three beak-ins within a mile of our home two weeks ago. I was out of town. My youngest had a live rattlesnake (want go into the details) so he posted a sign on the back door window. "Caution: live rattlesnake inside." BTW, he tans snake hides, his latest experiment is to use antifreeze. So, sitting by the back door is a gallon glass jar with about a 51/2' skin in it. He was across the street one day, a strange truck pulled up and was gone in short order. didn't leave a card either.

Even though my two tallest sons no longer live at home I like to leave a pair of Joe’s old size 15 boots on the front porch just to make a potential criminal think about the mistake he’s about to make.

Joe could pull a deer out of the woods with me sitting on it by the time he was 14 and ate his morning cereal from a popcorn bowl. His son is well on his way to being just as big. It’s gotta be the venison.

As far as gun control. That’s what it takes to get in a quick, accurate double-tap in my world.

Great sign!  I love it.  Everyone who lives next to bleeding heart liberal gun banners need to post signs just like it.

People are very strange.  I've talked extensively with a couple of guys who were very anti-gun, any gun.  Those two eventually ended up telling me with straight faces, as if it made sense, that they both had loaded 12 ga shotguns at home.  Even though they insisted that no one should be allowed to own firearms.

A guy I work with was at a party a while back and this subject came up.  My friend was very pro home protection and this lady at the party started in on him and was disgusted at the thought that my friend could actually shoot someone and made the comment "I COULD NEVER SHOOT ANYONE FOR ANY REASON".   In front of everyone my buddy told her "MAAM,  IF YOU CAME INTO YOUR HOUSE AND FOUND A BIG NASTY MANGY LOOKING HOODLUM HAD YOUR 15 YR OLD DAUGHTER BENT OVER FORCING HIMSELF IN HER......YOU'D SHOOT HIM."   Everyone at the party laughed and said "Well Put"
