My grandson, Jake, hopped on a plane to AF basic training in TX.  sad to see him go BUT glad to see him go to basic training.  The AF was the only military service to accept him because he was given some drug during his chemo treatments over 10 years ago!  Angry  Those other services missed out on a great kid. 
Afterwards, Carol & I went out on the Indian for an ice cream (to make this bike related) to drown our emotions  Wink

Jake will make everyone proud with his accomplishments.....
All other branches of the service lost out by not accepting Jake.....
Hope the ride and ice cream helped.....
