How and what did you bend and or cut to get the Radiantz LED cluster to fit in your Standard or Tourer. I bent the small (3/8") tab upward located on top of reflective plate. Still does not allow cluster light to set in far enough so lens cover tightens down and seals up. Don't want to cut anything out 'til I hear some feedback.

I bought a knock off version (identical) and had to do quite a bit of metal bending to make it fit.

I've installed 2 of them and broke out the whole reflector. Then it fits fine.

I ended up taking some tin snips and making a couple cuts horizontally just under the tab where the ears are on the plate. Gave me enough give to bend larger area upward, that did the trick.
As always thanks for the input. Killed me to take the tin snips to her. Even if the cuts cant be seen! Good lighting improvement though  cooldude

Sandy is correct, remove stock reflector (as directions indicate) and it fits like a glove.

Ahhh, directions? Wondered about those! In my packaging I received 2 pages for the VTZ and nothing for the Valk. Thought their might be a mistake there. Oh well, done and over with now. Once again, it's hard to spend your money these days! Very seldom, hell I do not remember the last time I actually purchased something whether it was goods or services. That I did not have to return, call about, complain about, or modify (to keep from doing things listed).

I just installed one a couple of weeks ago. Very bright upgrade but I was a little concerned about off axis lighting so I wanted to install the board as close to vertical as possible (I admit the Radiantz is far brighter than the stock bulb even if the tab at the top of the reflector is bent as advised the directions I received).

To that end I used tin snips to progressively trim the tab back, a little at a time until the lens could be reinstalled without issue.

I also added a couple of red LEDs to the side of the Radiantz to act as sidemarkers. Though I haven't gotten around to completing the wiring I did bench test them installed and I'm happy with the results.
