I parked my bike under one of the sheds Saturday night and rolled it out from under the shed on Sunday to crank it up.....no leaks anywhere....crunk it up, let it run a few minutes, then cut it off.....went back inside the room for a few minutes, and when I came back out, there was a little antifreeze dripping off the left side of the timing belt cover..... Angry.....

A few years ago it did the same thing after it had been sitting out in temps in the teens overnight....it seems like I remember tightening up a clamp on the radiator hose somewhere??.....after I rode the bike home on Sunday, it hasn't leaked since...just wonder if it's going to leak again once I warm it up?....hmmmm

Had it been a while since it had been run? Only time my Hondas have done that is after they sat. After running for a  while, it stopped.

Well....I rode it 200 miles to get up there....and another 200 on Saturday before letting it sit overnight...it only got down into the low 40's...a few yrs ago when it leaked coolant, it had been sitting for a few days in very cold temps....

If the clamps are tight and the hoses are good they shouldn't leak under any conditions.

Tighten your lower hose clamps especially the top clamp. The clamps will snug up better if the hoses are warm. Run the engine for a little while to soften the hoses before snugging up the clamps.

Yeah, I think that's what I did before.....it didn't leak much before the hoses swelled up tight again...I want to take the back wheel off soon and look at my driveshaft, U-joint and all that stuff when I replace the rear tire....which should be soon... cooldude
