Anyone know where to get the screen for the I/S pods? Below is an example of what I am talking about...  |

If you want to do it yourself, your local hardware store will stock aluminum gutter screening in 4' lengths. It generally comes in 4" widths which will work if you lay it carefully, 5" width would be easier (less need to be exacting) if they have it. |

...I took my OEM raidator screen, after I replaced it with a Waynes World Custom....cut two screens "to shape"....and used those for my Pod screens....look great...and they,re "origional"...  |

How did you mount the screens?
I used black plactic rain gutter screen and 2 sided tape with more tape on top to mount so far it's holding up but I think it will not last long.

I would use regular household silicone caulk. It won’t get soft with the heat produced by your engine, and you don’t have to drill anything, it takes form of the material, etc.

Charlie the Scuptor used to offer them but I haven't seen anything posted from him in quite a while so I don't know if he's still around. The idea of going to the hardware store and using metal gutter screen is probably the best alternative.

I cut mine from 5" gutter screen and attached with the integral screws. For the upper vent intake it's just sandwiched in there. There's a aluminum edge cap on the gutter screen. To do it the way I did you need every available inch of it. The length long edge cover is just pressed on and can be opened up and removed with a screwdriver. A few bends to conform and it's done. No messy silicone adhesives or glue. Screwing & sandwiched would allow easy changeout should it ever be necessary. |

These are what Lucky 13 has he had these custom made at a fab shop to match the cone grill he got from Carolina Bike And Trike.   I remember seeing the ones on Lucky 13's bike on our ride to Fall Creek Falls, they are the nicest ones I have seen yet. |

I used the polished aluminum from Advance Auto Parts. To anchor them I swiped my wife's hot glue gun and ran it around the edges. I would just cut the pieces large enough to bend the edges over about a 1/2", then run the hot glue all around the edges. Haven't moved in quite a while.
