Hey everyone. I've been laying low and getting used to Colorado along with working a lot of hours for the new job. Sadly the new position has removed the wrench from my aircraft mechanic hands and it has been driving me bug nuts.

What to do? Take my own stuff apart! A few months back, I purchased a set of upper black tupperware pieces that needed some installing, and while I was at it I decided to finish installing the final lights for the LED kit. This can't be a Moofner post without some pictures so I might as well get to them!

I removed all the chrome upper pieces, but I've done that before with pictures so I'll save you all the pictures of that adventure. Here is a quick look with all her lingerie removed *rawr* Props to Jerry for the rear pegs!

What I hadn't done before was decapitate the bike. Like Bill did before me, I had to take her head off!

When taking the head, you must display the head. "The head of my enemy is my enemy's head."

You must also pile up the spare body parts into one pile. Keep it neat people...

Install the new strips of LED goodness.

Redress after you are finished.

And finally, enjoy the spoils of your light show war... the front never looked better!

Also a progress report! All but one of the lights that I have installed are still working like champs. The LEDs on the radiators all work as advertised, the rear trunk lights are still going strong, and the only hiccup I've run into is that one of the undercarriage LED strips will no longer illuminate the red spectrum but displays the other LED colors fine. All three AdMore lighting harnesses are going strong. Once again, I'd say the radiator pod LED setup is good to go. The bike gets plenty of attention here in CO.

Glad to be back my fellow 1800 Valkyrie lovers.

Are you simply using the 3M type tape on those LED's or a glue to adhere?

The 3M tape that came on the lights. Prep are with denatured alcohol, apply, and let cure for 24 hours in room tempurature. All lights I've allpied this way are still sticking. High temp areas I've also used zipties at the end "just in case".
