Will be having a bracket shipped to me soon from Josh and I'm wondering which Daymakers the members here are using.
Are they all about the same?
Are some better quality construction or beam pattern?

I'd rather buy once/cry once and looking for the best bang for the buck.  Post links if you could...

Thanks!!

I got the Eagle Lights Daymaker. Here's a link. Love it ... one year warranty. You won't find that on Ebay.  https://www.eaglelites.com/collections/7-led-headlights/products/eagle-lights-chrome-7-round-harley-daymaker-led-projection-headlight-for-harley-davidson-motorcycles

Hi. I bought the Daymaker White HALO LED 7" from ScootLights. Really makes a difference at night. Wired the Halo in with the LED light so they're both on at all times.
Tried to post pic but no luck. If you click on the link the pic should show.

this is the one I use.

I have a standard/tourer. I also use the extra wire they sent to help regulate the power. I have Steves  wire harness in my headlight bucket as well. I'm really enjoying both. the auto shut off of the blinkers feature from Steve's plug and go harness is awesome. No more forgetting to turn off my turn signals.  The other features work fine, just not as used as much. if interested look up beta tester wanted. Joshes mounting bracket is just as easy as his video shows. not disappointed.

I'm going to put a set of Eagles in my Tourer's headlight and spotlight assemblies come next spring. Have the adapter; just need the lights.

Well, I ordered one of these today.  The back of it looks the same as a pic that Josh sent me that he said would fit his bracket just fine.

I guess I'll find out how it works in a few days.  I may try to hook the halo ring up to my turn signals... maybe.

I wonder if this would fit with the adapter.

I recently installed a JW Speaker headlight (8700 Evolution) with a bracket from Josh. Light
wasn’t cheap but the company has a solid reputation.

Got mine from ScootLights and Josh's adaptor.  Love it.  You can see high beam reflection on road signs in full daylight!!

I have the Aurora Half Halo from ScootLights.com. Very good pattern at night. The half halo provides great visibility of me for other drivers during the day. I've been running this headlight for over 2 years.

Technically a Jeep headlight. The adapter bracket fits very tight on the headlight. The headlight is also to deep for the mount, so I had to grind the fins down on the top portion of the light.

Josh,  I installed the 3 prong wire and the halo works but there are 2 more wires.  They may be a DRL or blinker halo config.  I can't get an answer from scootlights about the wiring.  The light came in a black box with their sticker but no paperwork.

Thanks,  Bob
