Worked out good for both of us.  He needed it and I had one.  He brought his old differential and drive shaft and he REALLY needed one.  And said that he had lubed it up last time off.  Next time you take the rear wheel off for a tire etc. be sure to pull the drive shaft out of the pinion cup and at least look at it and grease it up good.  He was really lucky that he needed that new tire and took the time to check.
