Will be making a 15 bean soup later on today....
Hoping for 10 to 12 containers to put away in the freezer....
Last weekend we put 10 containers of ass-whooping chili in the freezer....

15 beans! I didn't know there were that many varieties.  Roll Eyes

Man you guys won't have to make dinner for many night this coming winter. Sounds delicious! Will be good if the power goes out. You can put a pot on the pellet stove and you're good to go.

Packages of 15 different varieties of beans, all in one bag...
Will cook off the pig butt bones with onions, celery, carrots,
adding plenty of seasonings.  Once that has boiled for a couple hours,
I'll strain and use that to cook the beans in.....adding the smoked pork
and cans of stewed petite tomatoes.
Yep, can always heat a pan of chili or bean soup on pellet stove if without power.
