This is a complete package and brand new.  It is for a F6B, but it will fit our bikes.  I found it on eBay after I looked on a post in the General section.  The retail is $745 and this seller is asking only $228.  It comes complete with the dampener.  I would have bought it if I hadn't already changed my spring out.  There are 4 available. 

This one will lower your rear end by 1".

Find someone in the US to ship it to and then they could ship it to you.  I would do it, but I live in Canada.  The shipping to here is nuts.
