I see the person listed as having an automatic transmission.  Sad.

Tucson - Its a dry heat

Dang!
I've seen a couple real low sellers lately.  This is #2.
The first was about a month ago, here in Tucson.  The local Indian dealer took an F6B in on trade -
apparently did not know what to do with it.  I saw it on Craigslist at $7800!  Called them, but I was a couple days late; the ad had run a week.  Had about 12000 IIRC.

I'm guessing the guy thinks that at 34000 miles its all used up...
must be an ex-Harley guy... Grin

That is a heckofa price;  Hm... would sure make routing wiring and installing parts on my Legacy Valk project a lot easier.  It would hard to bring home though without bloodshed; prolly mine. Although I seem to have no problem to justify another bike... getting hard to convince the wife after #11... tickedoff
Some people just don't understand.... coolsmiley

He couldn't bother to uncover the bike.
I doubt if it sells.
I'm going to hang on to mine, down the road these bikes will have a cult following.

I was thinking about trading in and the dealer offered me $6700.  But on cycletrader the lowest I see one for is $8999.

I agree......  waste of an ad if he doesn't get the cover all the way off.  I've seen guys trying to sell a dirty bike, and I mean dirty.

Cult following.....you mean like the old style Valkyrie?   Yep...got one of those as well....love it.

Its sold.
The next nearest price of any 2014+ for sale is about $9500- $10k, and higher.

I am surprised it lasted as long as it did.  Great deal!

The dealer has to leave room for profit when selling your bike. He's probably figuring he can sell it for around 7500-8000.  If you sold yours privately, you could probably expect around $8k, depending on your skills as a seller.
I don't care, I never buy something worrying about resale value. I worry about performance and reliability and if I get that, then I got my money's worth.
