Back in 03 I purchased a 99 IS, well then the goldwing bug got me and I sold it... Now I am back again, this time with a new to me 2000 IS, blue and silver...
It has the cobra pipes on it,,,, Not sure I am liking them........

I have stock pipes, they threw them in when I bought the bike, and I have no clue if i have the baffles in it or not.

If the baffles were out, it would be extremely loud. I lost a baffle once and pulled the other five while the new baffle was on order. My wife and neighbors hated me when I left for work in the morning.

Just bend down and look up the end of the pipes... You will see the baffles about 2 inches in, if they are up in there. If you shine a flashlight up the pipes and don't see anything but pipes, the baffles are long gone...
