Any tips/recommendations for BLACK highway pegs for 2014 1800 F6c Valkyrie?

I would ideally like a sturdy pair that fit on the engine guard. I haven’t a clue what diameter the OEM engine guard is?

As I am 6ft 3ins, I don’t have a problem with reach etc...

These Kuryakyn Ergo pegs are good for me... a nice, sturdy, install,
not just clamped onto a pipe... I've got them kind of angled back...
There's three available arm sizes. I started with the black short-armed
kit. I experimented with the different arm sizes and settled on the
longest arm... I never found a long arm in Black, so my arm is
chrome now... I've seen other Kuryakyn setups on our bikes (or
on Hal47's F6B) that seemed good in terms of comfort and
ability to fold up when needed...

Erg 3 is the way I went also.  I am 6 4 so these will work.  And as some have said these are going to hit in a turn, BS.  They do not touch the ground and if they do get that low, the will turn up on the bar as they are not clamped so tight as to not move.  A link to the pics https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B-rmkd9EAX91aEtISG5hUnpueFk?usp=sharing

Rivco makes the Aerowing highway peg.  They bolt to the side of the engine, where the plastic Honda strip is.  That strip is held on with two sided tape and you can pull it off with a little effort and care.  The nice thing about these pegs is they don't stick out when retracted.  I have a black pair on my bike.

I think those things are such high quality that their mere installation
is an upgrade to the plastic thing Honda put on there. But I thought
mine were uncomfortable.

Actually mine did scrape the ground a few times when I was going around a sharp curve.  I had to readjust them upwards more so that they wouldn't scrape anymore.
I have to say these are the best Highway boards that I've ever put on a bike.  I like the fact that they automatically lift up when you take your feet off.

Curly-  I also have the Kuryakyn Ergo pegs. Easy install and you can adjust them almost any way you want them. One minor problem- I put a set on when I bought the bike new in 5/14. Since I live in upstate New York, the bike is only on the road April through November and I never ride in the rain. The reason I am saying this is because this past spring, I noticed the chrome was peeling off the pegs. Should this occur on only 3 years with limited road time and no rain riding? At any rate, I bought a new set of black Ergo mount/pegs- will install in the spring. Otherwise great product.

Thank you guys,
Your feedback is very much appreciated.
I had seen the Kuryakyn setup on a Gold Wing and thought they looked OK. I will opt for Black and understand that the new version is Ergo3.

Is there a good supplier in US that forum owners use I wonder? Just asking...

Very Merry Christmas to you all. And thank you for helping me. AGAIN!
Stay safe.

I bought mine through J & P Cycles, about $280  with free shipping.

I was actually worried about the mount to the crash bar digging in but you say it will turn up which has brought me some hope. How far do you get it over? Do you scrape the oem peg feelers or do you have peg savers so you can go way past that? To give a little perspective I run those Rivco hwy pegs that sit high and are mounted on the cylinder heads... and I have scratched them but they fold back with no effect to the bike. So a serious question obviously.
