Has there ever been a time when you are traveling at 110 mph and the front end shakes. What might cause this? Thanks for your help!

Many variables, Could be loose steering head bearings, Mine was a bad Avon Venom front tire, Got to the point if I took one hand off the bars above 50mph it would start to shake, New tire fixed it, Had three different tires since that and still no shake. YMMV.

Most likely a front tire balance issue. Either done wrong or no longer in hood balance due to many miles of wear

My Interstate starts to wobble at about 80. Depends on the wind and road conditions, I have changed every bearing redone the forks, new rear shocks and been through several sets of tires. I do know not to go faster once the wobble begins, was nearly thrown off once when I tried to see if the wobble would stop at a higher speed.
Had a new out of round Metzler once that would shake the front end at about 70, had to replace that tire.

most likely bad tire or out of balance due to not being new. even a new tire can be bad from factory.
my issue wobbling front tire was slowing down from 40 to 25 mph shaked VIOLENTLY if let go of handlebars would shake handlebars so bad bike would tip over. NEW tire, no more issues, but my old Avon cobra was 6-7 years old and needed replacing since first few years never wobbled/shaked violently.

Can't remember the last time I found it necessary to go 110mph, which is more like 105 on these bikes. But for all the reasons given, I agree. Plus, if it's an older tire per the date stamp on the sidewall, then it's time for a new one regardless of remaining tread and when it's mounted use a couple ounces of balance beads instead of weights.

Look I know this won't help but you shouldn't be going 110 unless you're on a track. Furthermore a valk is the wrong motorcycle to go those speeds especially one that's old (that's what the front end shake is telling you). Get a Ducati and go to a race track if you need that much speed. Otherwise you'll just end up a grease spot on the road and give cage drivers more reason to hate the rest of us. Just my 1.5 cents.

You did not say which valk you have. (which is always very helpful, and often very necessary for a relevant opinion on many questions)
Big fairing bikes, like my interstates, will occasionally develop a shake at high speed (mine have, but it's not a chronic thing). A combination of speed, road bumps/dips, winds (like crosswinds), other vehicles sucking and blowing (since high speeds are almost always on the freeway), and often in a leaning turn. These things can combine to start a slow rocking wobble, and if you stay on the throttle, it can get worse. I have not ridden a tourer/std, but with the big OE shield, I suppose the same thing can happen.
However, in general, the first thing you should look at is always the front tire. But I've had a shake/wobble at high speed with a perfect front tire.

Low speed or slowing probably he rear tire. Has there ever been a time when you are traveling at 110 mph and the front end shakes. What might cause this? Thanks for your help!

And Frank why not on this bike? Have had mine at triples many times and prolly will again, nothing wrong with the phat girl at that speed.

Vortex shedding like the flutter of a flag in the wind will shake the bike. I found that the tires and ride height all have an affect. Oversize windshields on IS can increase the affect. my bike had a 97 mph wobble that went away when I changed the windshield. The loosness of the rear swing arm and the front forks all add up to a suspension that can flex. I generally do not go much over 115 but the motor likes it.

Also check your risers. I had a loose one and noticed it at slow maneuvers in a parkinglot and at high speed. Nothing in between. High speed was on the interstate finally found the loose riser on accident when I took the bars off to re torque the head bearing

on my wife's VTX 1300r it got a head shake but new head bearings fixed it..I had a Suzuki 1150ES that would get a serious headshake at 125.. a Targa lower fairing fixed that--some bar end weights helped too

Having unbalanced weight in saddlebags?
Do you have a flag pole mounted on one side of the bike?

That's wrong... did you also change out the swingarm bearing? Hope you can find the problem... -Mike
