Found out a little bit ago from my wife that my oldest has H1N1.  She is doing well and all but it makes me worry about my two little ones.

Send some prayers our way if you don't mind.

thanks,

You got em commin from Michigan, Bro.

From what I hear though, the biggest danger only shows up with those who have numerous other complications their immune system is trying to fight at the same time.  I pray that is not the case with your little ones, but diligence will pay off.

Lots of hand washing.  Try to keep your, and your families, hands away from your mouths and noses.  Don't share towels and wash them after each use to make sure.  If the kids share rooms, have them sleep head to toe.  Just simple common sense steps to no share exhaled breaths or bodily fluids until you get the "all clear" from the doc.

Best of everything!

It hit home with me last night too.  My son, Jimmy3 up in Nacogdoches, going to college told me last night that he had the H1N1 also. He got his meds today and is sleeping.
Prayers on the way from Texas. Please pray for Jimmy3 also.

You and yours shall be in mind and prayers are sent. It is my understanding that most complications come from upper respiratory things such as pneumonia. Stay in touch with the medical professionals and we will be supporting you from afar.  Wink

Sgt.Bunny, I hate to hear the the 3 yr old has it~~!!  The 2 groups most in danger from this are the elderly and the very young.

Prayin for you, Brother...

I had flu like symptoms, but like rockrat, only was sick for a couple of days, then it was just hard to breath from the bronchitis....

Wish you all the best.  Be sure to keep this in mind with the symptoms !  If this situation occurs -- the infected person starts to feel better then  later  starts feeling worse ----  get medical attention ASAP , this is serious !!    H1N1 is now hitting the maritime provinces, government cannot provide enough vaccine for all. Causing  a lot of worry , school closures, cancelled events etc.
Best of luck , and godbless.

There is no vaccine and no antibiotics at all here in WV and have not been.

My 3 yr old has remnants of lingering like a cold and my oldest my wife let go to the stables when she started feeling well, wrong answer, she is not back sick again.

My wife is carrying a temp now and so is my middle girl.  I just hope it is out of their system by the 11th when I get home.

Do not worry about the vaccine.  The govment says they will have plenty to go around, as soon as the season is OVER!  God save us from Gov't health care!

SgtBunny, my son recovered in about 4 days.  He didn't want to buy the meds because they cost $70, danged college kids...  Smiley  but I convinced him that the money I sent him would pay for them, so he bought them.

Hope your family is recovering.

Prayers sent your way from TEXAS.
