If it is warm outside my bike startes and runs perfect, but if I leave it set or it drops below 60 it won't start. Cranks over very well. I'de have rode it today if it would have ran.

but from the low number of posts you have made I assume that you have not had the bike long.  A lot of folks that are new to the bike have the same thoughts on the choke mechanism.  When you think you have moved it to the end of the loose travel, you are just beginning to activate the choke.  It really is moving six enrichener valves when you press hard on it.  Try again.  Move it all the way, then don't touch the right grip until it fires.  As the rpm's increase, slowly decrease the amount of choke until it will run without any choke.  Don't forget and leave it on, or you will have what I did, fouled plugs.  Smiley
