Hey guys, looking for experience with 6x9s in the fairing.

Current setup is a Kenwood marine receiver, Soundstream PN2.350D amp and 2 Kicker 43DSC69304 6x9s. This setup sounded great but blew a speaker after only a couple months. The amp is factory rated 115w RMS per channel at 4ohm, so even if that is factory exaggeration those speakers were still overpowered.

Currently looking at upgrading to Pioneer TS6900PRO speakers. I see good Amazon reviews and the Harley guys seem to like them in the saddlebags, just wondering if anyone here has used them or may have suggestions.
