I made mine. Quarter inch thick flat metal. Made the sides as seperate from the part that has the ball on it to make it easier to remove the back wheel.

but look to spend about 4 bills. Yea, thats why I made my own!! I really cheap!!  Mine came on it when purchased. Can't get any cheaper or lazier. Didn't have to install or wire it.

I posted pics and dimensions on the Tech Board, but here ya go..... I bet a local fab shop could whip you one out in no time. Mine has a ball on it, not a receiver..... but I have considered making the bottom part (receiver) to give me some carry options... Just thinking out-loud....

I saved PAVALKER's Hitch Blueprints to my hard drive several months ago. Anyone wants them, send me an email and make sure you tell me you want the hitch plans or you might get the de-smog instructions instead.

There are clearly a couple of dimensions missing. But I was able to use it as a starting point to make a couple templates out of 1/4" foam board from the craft store. I modified the design to support my custom saddlebags. I made it out of 1/4" steel plate, 3" wide. And rather than putting the bolt holes so close to the edge, I put them in the center. Here's a pic before cleaning up and painting.
