Just acquired a 2001 Interstate.  Does the radio have an auxiliary port anywhere to hookup your cellphone or ipod to play through the sound system.  What about hooking up Bluetooth to the system to play music.  Need something cheapish and easy install if possible.  I've read through the manual and can find no mention of auxiliary port like most units would have.  As always any suggestions are appreciated.

Peace, Ron.

yep, under seat, part of radio. You will see a small wire with a 1.5mm  (I think), receptacle. find a double male connector to hook them up. I have done it with my small Ipod thingy many times.

The OEM spot is behind the right side cover. A round connector that should have a cap on it.

Like said by JimmyG, a dual male/male speak plug cable. I did 6' to reach under the tank, to the front forks, and then back down the tank to my bib pocket.

I found some pictures for you.

Connection as mentioned, you can get a Bluetooth system to connect directly to the plug and they work good. Make sure you check reviews, some have troubles. Acc button is on handlebar controller on the top left side in case you haven’t found it yet. Good luck
