Beating a woman?  Your heroes are obviously cowards going three and four on one.  Was he wrong?  I reckon so but I couldn't see all that was said and done.  Were the group of cowards wrong?  Yep!

Beating a woman? Let’s give a life example.

In my younger years I wasn’t afraid to fight and speak out about certain assh#0!es in my neighborhood and other neighborhoods that like to stir trouble in our neighborhood. To be honest I liked to fight, but not for the sake of just fighting.

So, there was this one instance where it was known this one kid was catching neighborhood pets, burying them and running them over with a lawnmower. We had a pet cat go missing as well,as another family friend down the street, my step mother was crushed from the cat being gone. I never told her what the gossip around the neighborhood was.

To everyone, all the kids in the neighborhood I spoke to, I got the word out I was looking for who did it.

One day at a friends house, they found me, 4 guys and a girl maybe a year or 2 older. It started out as a one one one fight, but once I started getting the better of the kid who liked killing pets, the group all pitched in including the girl.


I was stood up against a fence and held so I couldn’t fight back. The girl of the group was given free shots and laughed the whole time. I was pushed to the ground being kicked, punched, hit and jumped on.

 My friend panicked and came out with a bat. I managed to get to my feet somehow and took the bat from him and proceeded to beat anyone near me. There were no head shots but a number of shots to the backs, arms, legs, and hips. I never hit the girl with the bat.

The girl of the group tried to fight me and taunting me with the old are you gonna hit a girl, I punched her square in the face and probably shattered her nose, there was blood everywhere, while she was kneeling on the ground she turned her face to the left and I caught her with a punch square on the side of her face.

 While they were whimpering with their injuries from the bat, I proceeded to beat the daylights out of the rest of them and they all left beaten and bloody claiming to tell their parents and call the police and I hadn’t seen the last of them. I later found out all their names and where they lived. I made a point of riding my bicycle past all their homes on pretty regular basis..after school, weekends and when ever. Several times I would see each on their own or with another one of the group out and about the neighborhood or local 7/11 and never had another issue, not a peep.

For months I had rib and deep breathing trouble but never mentioned it to my dad. I probably had bruised ribs maybe even cracked.

Stand your ground against bad people, people destroying property, threatening people wrong.

Stand up to bullies and they will back down. I fought many fights for those who couldn’t stand up to a bully. Got my ass kicked a few times too but the bully got the message.

I don’t know what was worse in the video, the guy with the sneak attack or the people filming and laughing and no one going to help the man.

There was a video posted several weeks ago of a man who was severely attacked by protesters but at least some of the protesters came to his aid saying something like “were here to protest against you but we’re here helping you”.

I find it very sad, that there are some who regardless of the facts placed before them, place their hatred of Trump and basically any opinion which does not agree with their own opinion above everything else. I saw that yesterday also.  I first visited (to my memory) Graceland in 2006 on a ride to Oklahoma on my 2003 Valk. 

There were four of us in the group.  We stopped at a nice motel/hotel (not down town)  We had no issues anywhere.  We all put our names on the wall.

I visited there some years later.  The motel I had reserved our rooms in was not a good choice, if you looked at the clientele, so we moved to another motel. 

We went downtown to visit Beale Street and have some ribs at Rendezvous Ribs.  We parked our bikes in a "parking area" and were immediately approached by two or three presons asking for money for parking.  Parking was free but the insinuation was obvious, pay us or you bikes get vandalized.  We paid, came back and bikes were fine.

That was and will be my last overnight stay in Memphis in my lifetime.  I have been through Memphis several times since then and I always planned a stop at Graceland.  Now, that is no longer on my list and Memphis is totally off limits for me in future trips.  I might pass near but will not stop, even to visit Beale Street and Rendezvous Ribs (which was a nice place). 

I agree with some, in the write up I saw, "Where was Graceland Security?".   

The real bad news is that all those names on the wall, all those visitors who told Elvis they were there will probably be lost when they try and clean the wall.  And, as I said, I am not going back.  I hope Memphis and cities like that learn an important lesson.  Safety and law and order matter.

If you peacefully (or violently) are protesting social justice warrior issues, you are the good guys (and get a pass), and in the meantime, they get SJW state and local government go after both your guns, and your right to use them in lawful self defense.  And the cop's use of lawful force (and funding) too.  

Fortunately, this disease is not catching on everywhere.  Just in D strongholds (or limp-noodle holds).

But I tell you this, in this environment, you best be extra careful defending yourself... anywhere.  

That wound is why the 5.56 NATO round (and it's platform) has been our military small arm since Vietnam.  And because you can carry a lot more of them than .30, and their standard mags are 33% larger.  And they are much more controllable than .30 in man-portable full auto.

But the military judge gives the (written) questions to prosecution and defense counsel (before ever asking them), and either side may object, and then the judge rules (in accord with the rules of evidence).  Often, the military court members (who are always smarter than civilian juries) have questions about things that both counsel know are not allowed, so that subject has never come up as both sides have to stay away from it, and the smart Court members become curious about it.  

Military UCMJ rules of evidence and the Federal rules of evidence are 98.5% identical.

Probably the most important thing juries want to know about is a defendant's prior criminal arrest and/or conviction record.  The evidence rules say that information is usually more prejudicial to an accused than probative of the facts of the current prosecution.  And unless those prior bad acts go toward proving a common plan, or scheme, or design, or particular MO of a defendant, his prior bad acts may not be entered into evidence.  You have to prove a man guilty of the currently charged crimes, not prove he is a bad man (prejudicial), so he probably did these crimes too.  A lot of career felons would never have a chance of an acquittal on anything if their past criminal record was admissible evidence.  

Unless the defendant on the stand in his own defense claims he has never been in any trouble before, at which point the prosecution CAN introduce evidence of prior convictions (even sealed juvenile records, if they have them) in rebuttal to the defendant's claim of past sainthood.  That happened to me while defending a court martial, and that past record did not help my dumb sergeant at all (he hid those facts from me too).  He had to go away for a couple years.  

And I think most state criminal procedure codes let jurors ask written questions through the judge as well.

And It would make all the difference in the world to me if I would vote guilty or not guilty.
