True, but Indiana is an "at will" state, meaning an employer really doesn't need a reason to fire you as long as they aren't being discriminatory or violating an employment contract. I wouldn't trust an Indiana employer who doesn't want guns, even in locked cars, on their premises to not fire me anyway if they found out I had one in my car. They just wouldn't say it was because of the gun, and there wouldn't be anything I could really do about it.
