Those back seats are getting difficult to find!
I would like to buy one.

The 1997-1999 rear seat doesn't appear to be available anymore, other than used. The 2000-2003 rear seat is still available new:

My understanding is that the vinyl pattern is slightly different from the earlier seat set. The rider seats from 1997-1999 and 2000-2003 are different in their seating shape, but I don't believe the passenger seats are too different. I don't know any of this from 1st person experience; only from reading it here.

The old ones say "Made in USA" on them. I guess
it would be bad for Honda's current parts provider in
China (or wherever :-) ) to make more...

I have 2 that have the “Made in USA” on the back. Contact me in a PM and we’ll talk.

2000+ are different foam and grain cover like the 2000+ seats. It also has a slightly different larger shape.
and yes the '97-'98s became sought after and now hard to find due the Made in USA label.
I think is was in '00 that the Made in USA was no longer cast into the engine block.
