I found, found me  a pitt bull and he was the best dog I've ever had. He would have been anything I wanted him to be. He was a very good friend and a member of the family.
Good save. You will be rewarded

Digby now weighs 39.4 pounds at about 13/14 weeks.

He had a very severe case of worms. The vet said he'd never seen so many different types.
He also spent Wednesday night projectile vomiting. Thursday drinking a lot and eating some nice bland white rice.

He's recovered very well from both and is turning out to be very friendly; to dogs and people. He's pretty much house broken, asks to be let out and takes care of business with a spoken command.

The pale orange blobs of color on his ear, belly and top of head are are a little more distinct and his legs are much longer. Gulp

Everyone that sees him says "What a nice puppy, how old is he?" When told his young age the next comment is invariably  "LOOK AT THOSE PAWS"  Grin Grin Grin

I can give ya some pointers on making a headstall and reins for him.  Sorry, I haven't made a saddle yet though.   Grin  I'm assuming the projectile vomiting was to get the unwanted guests purged after the meds took affect?  Glad to hear he's doin' "more gooder".  Sounds like a good one there.  Now... go buy another sack of feed.   coolsmiley

Vomiting was down to Digby chewing/eating anything within range of a puppy mouth. The worms exited via normal channels.  Smiley

I think he's going to be large enough for a howdah  Cheesy

Name Digby comes from an old Norwegian word meaning a town by a ditch. We found him in a ditch.

Also the nameof a Britsih movie in 1974 "Digby, the Biggest Dog in the World "
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0069974/

He playfights inside with a 10 month old 80 pound Husky/Rottweiler for at least 2 hours every day. Also spends at least 2 hours running around outside play fighting with the same dog and a neighbours toilet brush dog that knows no fear. Then he gets walked for about an hour every day. All this exercise is helping to make him a big lad.

Yesterdays weigh in has him at 51.7 pounds at 15 weeks. 2 more puppy teeth gone.

His paws are still way oversized as they have also been growing. I hold a front paw in my hand and it feels like I'm shaking someones hand.

He's getting a lot of socializing. Likes people. Has been trained with an electric fence to keep from roaming.

Took him to a car show last weekend and one guy said "I've heard the phrase look at the size of those paws so many times. This is the FIRST time I've really understood it. LOOK at the size of those paws".

15 weeks and 51.7 lbs

When it comes to your pets, there are some things that you just can't put a price on.  Like your children when they are young, they depend on you for everything, their food, care, education, and your love.  Any responsible adult will provide all these for their pet as well as their children.  That is a great looking dog...JTL

Level 3   Golden Retriever
Level 3   Miniature Pinscher

Level 4  Great Dane
Level 4  Poodle
Level 4  Saluki

Level 5  Lahsa Apso

Will the test tell me what percentage of each breed makes up my dog?

Results are reported in Levels, which indicate a percentage range. These are:

Level 1: Over 75% of the DNA found in your dog is from the breed listed.
Level 2: Each breed listed represents between 37-74% of your dog's DNA
Level 3: Each breed listed represents between 20-36% of your dog's DNA
Level 4: Each breed listed represents between 10-19% of your dog's DNA
Level 5: Each breed listed represents less than 10% of your dog's DNA
