A friend sent me this...

The Supernatural Capricorn is based upon the Babylonian Enki or Annunaki. These are the real ‘old soul’ types, who have lived many lives and are guided by an indescribable force based on past-life experience. They are wise beyond measure and live on Kairos time (Ancient Greek: καιρός meaning deep time), something that would drive the Stoic Capricorn insane.

Capricorn is the only hybrid sign in the zodiac. The top half, that of a goat represents the head, thought and thinking, something Capricorn is very good at.

The bottom half, the fish represents the spiritual side of Capricorn and balances out the head. One of the greatest lessons for Capricorn is to not get too stuck in their heads and rush to the top of the mountain – there is a lot more to life than ‘success’ and they will feel most fulfilled when they remember to connect to their other more sensual and mystical side.

There are several myths affiliated with Capricorn, as mentioned above – Pan, God of Nature and the Goat Amalthea from Ancient Greece. Also from Sumeria and Babylon – Enki, the god of water.

Symbol: Sea-Goat ‍♀️
Constellation: Capricornus ♑️
Element: Earth
Quality: Cardinal
Planet: Saturn
Tarot: The Devil
Kabbalah: Tevet

Good for you.

I took the wife and our dog for a ride in the car this afternoon, just to check out my GPS routing and to get out into the "air".

Enjoy life, every day, each hour.   angel

I really needed  to  replace  a  zipper in my fav, moto jacket.

I could  only find  a  turq blus heavy duty 2 way zipper.
You can see I  had  fixed  the  neck part a  few  yrs back in red .

Just got back from walking and doing the rounds..
Plenty of hay out. All Beasties accounted for.
Chopped the ice about 2'x3' on the non-flowing trough, Need to give the ice build up a place to go.
It's a concrete trough don't want any issues. Things I think about.
The main trough is good and clear, and water is flowing in to the house holding tank.
I had to work hard on the opening,as I couldn't hear the water, I had my helment on.
There is 2" of fresh snow on top of that sleet layer.

That both the calves and myself didn't bust threw as we walk.
Reminds me of PA. snow & ice.

I fed the birds early,

I did open my gate ,why because I can...

Why did I walk my rounds ?
It's 20* inside the shop.. I don't want to open the bay door.. And let a blast of cold in..

It's 84* in the livingroom... LOL

That puts the '25/ '26 snow season to : drum roll  30"  so far...

Where the plow passed it was 28 inches to 3 ft, I think they do that on purpose   Tongue but only 18 inches on the rest of the driveway

After clearing the house drove to the Bronx to clear the sidewalk there
Have one of those electric push snow shovel// throwers which did a great job on the snow as NO ICE this time !

Court was closed today so the 10 cases I had scheduled today will be who knows when

Glad everything is in good order where you are  Tracy

6" total since yesterday that makes the 25/26 season running total 38" and counting.
It's 5* right now , the snow is the pretty kind climged to the trees and such...

It sucks not having the plow. The winch broke,   The motor died. The  up n  down control clicks, but the winch doesnt move, checked it with a box unit. Via direct jump, the motor still didn’t work. My neighbor tried that. So we have a hind ,the brushes or the core fried.
Honda is standing behind it And  now  they are  NOT going  to cover it!...

Of course, Murphy’s law had to stick its nose into things! Of all times! LOL
Always the way....

Sorry about your mechanical troubles but nice you took a walk surveying your kingdom and made sure all is at peace. This may sound strange in the midst of your trouble but it sounds like a slice of heaven to me.

Freedom to do at will, enough to keep you busy, and enough social contact either through animals or locals to make things enjoyable, enough property to keep neighbors distant. Probably never enough money for all that is imagined and needed but that's why you are so good at doing things yourself.

Sounds like a great blessed life.

When I lived in Long Island and on the water used to leave the boat in the water as long as I could. Sometimes the water would freeze with a skim and it would snow. Used to love going out in the boat looking around and having it snowing. I knew someone who had a cabin on the marsh and would stop there and sit and watch the snow or sometimes trap or skeet shoot. Then came home sometimes to shovel the snow but made a nice meal and a warm house felt great. It was so different enjoying the beauty of the snow when you did not have to shovel it of course. But on the marsh there was a quiet and a change, birds would fly by occasionally and the water would even take on a different sound as it lapped the marsh banks. The smell was kind of a salty crisp smell and no one to disturb the beauty of it all.

Was out on the water alot and the change in the seasons was enjoyable since I knew the subtle changes that would make each season different in the area. For the most part enjoyed every change. But of course as you experience there are challenges to the changes. But in time they did not seem so bad either. When you can sit and enjoy instead of work in changing conditions it makes what you see so much different. Taking time to take it all in was things some memories were made of.

Kind of a magical time, enjoy what you have it is special.
