Word to the wise... Lawyering up costs a sh!t ton more than a warm coat.
On a real happy note, I got in the best ride of the season today. Right at 60 all day, but still in full leather (I get out in a lot of elevation and shade). Out the Lee Highway, through the Manassas National Battlefield Park, then over on James Madison Hwy, out through Middleburg, Upperville, Marshall, The Plains, and all thought VA horse, cattle and farm country, all green and beautiful rolling hills, miles of 100 year old hand laid stone walls, spring flowers and early blooming trees everywhere.
Stopped to look and chat with old friends at the C & S Arms Co in Upperville, which is the finest antique arms store outside a museum I've ever seen. The back part of the store was built in the 1700s as an Indian trading post, and the front is from the civil war era. Most of the stuff is too spendy to buy, but you can handle nearly everything. It's my favorite store in the whole world. The proprietor regularly consults with and appraises for HQ NRA in No VA.
