No riding up here in the tundra...it's now 29 degrees but 74 in Orlando. We hope to be heading that way about mid-January but not taking the trike.
We did get out in the car though...I took Nancy to the ER yesterday, sick and with a BP at or near 200/125. Been that way for a couple days and she finally decided I was right...don't need to take a chance on a stroke or heart attack. She wanted to wait it out, not a good plan. Appears she has a well entrenched viral thing going on, really tired and weak...the usual symptoms. I hope she doesn't share it with me, so far...so good. I hit the gym last evening with no repercussions yet, for some strange reason I had the entire place to myself for most of the two hours.

I got out for a chilly 4 hours yesterday. I might get another short one in this afternoon, but it's chillier yet.
I'm sorry for Nancy's troubles John. I had a bit of a HBP problem myself a few years ago. Some medicine (that made me sick) and regular exercise made it disappear. I keep that BP cuff around to remind me what sloth brought for me.
Glad you keep active with exercise. That and a reasonably decent diet will keep the old body chugging along. The hour on my treadmill every morning is boring as hell, but in winter it's not like there's a heck of a lot else to do.
