My turn signal kept getting knocked off and the rubber mount is in need of replacement.  The OEM mount is different.  Cobra doesn't seem to show them anymore.  Does anyone know where to get them?

Cobra did not furnish the rubber mounts those are OEM.

Look Here: http://www.hdlparts.com/fiche_section_detail.asp?section=148114&category=MOTORCYCLES&make=HONDA&year=1998&fveh=3466

There are two different mounts.  One for the the two screw lens signals and the other is for the one screw design.

Thanks for your reply.  The OEM one in the diagram I purchased and it is different.  It is longer, and the wires come up through the center.  I probably could have modified it, but I would have to buy two so the lights would be even.  It was 30 dollars at the local dealer.  He took it back.  I guess I could go back and get two more, but I talked to a rider who said he bought a replacement, but couldn't remember where.  The blinker assembly has one screw on the side into the mount, then another screw goes down through the top of the bar into the mount.

That's the later style used on the 2K and later Tourers and Standards.

Seems like you have a post 2k model.

They'll probably be hard to find individually used.
It might be less expensive to buy the housing & rubber isolator used from someone like http://www.pinwallcycle.com/ as opposed to just a new isolator or order a new isolator individually from http://www.hdlparts.com/fiche_select1.asp?cat=Motorcycles&mfg=Honda

Make sure you specify your model year to get the right one. L or R may matter too.

Are we all on the same platter here?

Turn signal housing on a Cobra bar is original equipment.

Should be able to buy a single one from the dealer.

They come with 1 screw and or 2 screw in the lense.

2 screw is like 97 to 99

1 screw is 00 to end of production.

Here are some pictures of what I have and what I need.  The bike is a 99 by the plate, but maybe a late model?  I need the little rubber mount, or I could just put blue tape on the other side to match.

How about posting a pic of the front of the turnsignal.

Ouch, you may have those forks slipped a wee much. The triple clamps grip may be overly compromised.

That's cool!

My Cobra Bar purchase was within a month or so of first availability 11+ years ago. I didn't know they began to furnish a turn adapters with later distributions instead of using the OEM isolator.  cooldude

Cobra supplied the adapters for the old style turn signals.  On the new style they used the stock ones.

Well maybe I'm all wet. But, mine's a '97 [Old Style 2-screw] and I purchased the Cobra Bar at least 10 years ago. It did not come with turn mount adapters. I was required to use the OEM isolators. Just sayin'.

I did however assume Cobra did the same with the newer style. That is to use the existing OEM isolator. Apparently I was wrong. Didn't mean to mislead anyone.
