I'm not familiar with all that are out there, but I have, and like the 'National' fender tip... Have one on both ends Two small holes need to be drilled. Here's a pic of the front. Black Dog

Had the NC tip on my last Valk. Will probably do it again on the new one. I always dab paint around any hole I drill in painted metal before I attach something. The last owner of my new Valk put on mud flaps and did not paint the holes. Now, after I took off the flaps, I have dime sized rust spots on the fender bottoms.

You could also use an Interstate fender ornament mounted closer to the front of the fender. A true OEM Honda part that nobody seems to have caught on to.
And as a pluse,....no holes to drill, as they are installed with adhesive body tape.

Very timely thread. Had a walnut fall out of a tree and hit the very tip of my front fender Sunday, putting a small dent in it. National Cycle tip will cover the dent very well. Don't know what it is with falling walnuts and me. Had one hit me in the chest at about 40 mph a few years ago. Good thing I wasn't going any faster. Almost knocked the wind out of me as it was. Good thing it didn't hit me in the face, but not because my extraordinary good looks.
