That dude built some weird houses! He was influential, he built "Auldbrass" on the Combahee
River Road outside of Charleston SC around WWII, and was able to get copper for the roof.

she had a nice lot "Madam, I don't build on 'lots"..."

... he designs everything in a house he
builds, even the furniture... I think the furniture is still in the Greenville house, one piece of it is
probably worth what my house is worth...
