The time has finally come where I have worn out the old rotors and need a decent set.  I see where they are $400 for new so I am looking for a used set.

Any ideas where I find them?

Long time no see dude...

Do a search on the forum, for Gold Wing Rotors...  Half the price of Valk rotors, and bolt right up.

I've seen you ride ... thought the rotors would last forever.

Check ebay, Ive seen a lot on there.

And good to see you are out and about. Hope all is well and life is good in the Lone Star State.

Hey, Mase.  Good to see you posting.

Check out these people:  TrueDisk

They were at InZane X.  Their work looks pretty impressive.  I believe they charge $30 per rotor.

Here are the part numbers to order.  I just put mine on last night with a new set of Honda pads.  Never use EBC pads on Honda rotors, that's what wore mine out.  Mine were like yours, way beyond specs...

Will the GW rear work as well? I'm going to need to replace all three rotors when the time comes.

Aren't the GW rotors thinner than the valk rotors, seem to remember hearing that somewhere.?

Yes, they are slightly thinner.  But, they stop the 1800 wing that is heavier than my interstate.  Use Honda OEM pads on them and you will have no problems.  Stay away from EBC pads on OEM rotors.

About 90 miles so far, but I'm not the first one to do this.  I'm just following the leadership from long ago.

http://www.valkyrieriders.com/shoptalk/

It is on the generic parts page near the top on the right.  Tried and tested several years ago by more experienced riders than I.

My bike stops like new and I am very impressed !

This is the thread that convinced me to go the way I did.

Mine are just under the minimum and the brakes are getting really weak.  The pads are about halfway done.  How many miles do you have on the GL1800 rotors?

Mase, I have about 3,500 miles on the GW front rotors & all is well. Still stop like new & no problemos at all.
As to the GW rotor on the rear, no it will not fit as far as I know.

Even with 114,000 miles, my front brakes still work great. It's probably about time for new rotors, though.  But my rear brake has never worked very well. I've replaced pads.... put on a new (used) rotor, and re-built the caliper. But the stopping power on the rear still isn't where I want it. I guess my next step is to replace the rear brake line.
