Hey where do you guys get those temp - time bars I see on so many posts.  You know the ones that give a location and current temps and time?  Thanks

Mike,  put your cursor on the weather bar, then right click and click properties.  You will then see a web address and you can go there to check out all the goodies.  I am not sure I want to see your weather this winter, though.

Mike - aren't  you in the land of perpetual darkness, 6 months a year, and perpetual lightness, the other 6??

You can just edit your signature, and put "Alaska - downright cold - night-time", or Alaska - downright cold - day-time", depending on which it is...



I've always wanted to visit Alaska - my uncle was fire marshall in Anchorage when the big earthquake hit back in the 60's. I remember my dad trying to get a hold of him, for days. He was ok, just very busy,  understandably so...

Ya... you're right, we ahve a saying in Alaska that there are only so many weather conditions to choose from they are:

Partly shitty
Intermittantly shitty
really shitty
increasingly shitty
ubelievably shitty
and.....
always shitty

and that's just for Summer!
