It's plastic, you can cut it and get it out.

Ok, but can you get the new one in?

So I just saw a photo of the tee on partzilla. Seems like both tabs are equal length. Is there a way I can spread the fuel rail apart enough to get a new tee in? Just trying to get a heads up for the job. I probably wont be doing it anytime soon because its 3500 degrees outside here in tucson

Chances are good you'll get another leak prying and trying to work around on this particular Tee.
There are a lot of now also hardened rubber rings that are waiting for an occasion to fail.

As you already have tank and  airbox off, just rip the carb bank out, bring it in an airconditioned room and do the complete rebuild without sweat and swear.

Get Redeye's kit and  be done a day later.

Well, you would have to be resourceful then, wouldn't you.
I think instead of the 'T' maybe a couple of 'L's could suffice  coupled together.
I mean, come on, if someone felt adequate enough to address this kinda job they
ought to have enough ability and smarts to figure something out.
