Got a batwing fairing, but it covers up the indicator lights, I got some cheap auto stores ones and installed and everything is good except the turn signal indicator only blinks when turning left. I'm pretty sure its a Honda thing, probably feeds one way on left turn and the reversed on right, but my question is, is there a way to make this work, with diodes or a simple circuit, or if I need to look for a different signal indicator, welcome all feedback, thanks

I'd put my money on it being a justooneez thing rather than a Honda thing.  This link might be helpful:

lol, well anything is possible there laugh

yeah, looks pretty straight forward on the schematic, which unfortunately doesnt help figure out the problem at all.

only 2 wires going to the stock indicator, clipped a couple of inches back and installed bullet connectors (soldered them on, but wanted the ability to flip back to stock.  hooked to the new indicator, only works when blinking right, reversed leads at new indicator light and then it only worked when turning left.  works just fine when I plug back into stock indicator light, therefore, I'm a little confused.

let me narrow the question down to, does anyone have any specific knowledge or experience with this kinda thing?

It's possible to relocate the stock turn signals down on the forks to accomodate the batwing.

Are the new signals LED?

the wires going to the headlight turn indicator are the positive signal from each turn signal. it uses the opposite turn circuit to provide a ground. if you hook up a light to each wire and provide a ground for each light, you you will have both left and right turns on the dash.
this is how i hooked it up on my Harley batwing. works great.

.... it [turn signal] uses the opposite turn circuit to provide a ground.

for the life of me, I never could figure how that works. I have tried.

I can definitely say if you use a polarized led in your turn light it will perform in that manner. Please confirm if it is led or an incandescent light.

If its an led you need to get a non-polarized one.  I covered that in a writeup here
