Pork is (I suppose) the New year main course at least in the south. Greens too and black eyed peas. Well I didnt use the black eyed peas........hopefully the new year will still be good. I did make a New Years pizza with yellow and GREEN squash hamburger and onion spiced with sweet and hot peppers and then topped with sliced BBQd pork chops. The sauce was homemade with fresh home grown herbs

And funny enough for our tradidition in the VRCC of photographing food, I was reading the book on my new camera (still learning it) and found it has a food setting. so this picture of the last piece of pizza is taken with the food setting.............mmmmmmmm
