I'm hoping the folk's that have showed interest in getting registration took care of early will get the best rooms if they have any deal like InZane 10 & 11 where the best rooms was in the Big House.

I didn't ask for smoking room...assumed...all were non-smoking...but I did get a room with balony so hg can step outside.......
   ???

So, Mark is going to have to step outside to smoke his balony?

Joe, we aren't handling the room assignments this year.  That said, because of the layout of the hotel, some of the rooms will be closer to the pool and restaurant and some will be closer to the convention center and the vendor area.  For us young, strong guys, it's all good.   cooldude

He did ask me to relay, they have been VERY busy today taking our reservations, please leave a message, as he said he was returning calls in the order they came in.

We're getting a lot of registrants ordering InZane XII pins unnecessarily.  A pin is included with each early bird registration.  Those registering now are the earliest of the early birds.

I see that on the registration page now that you mention it:  "Event Pin (Included in early bird full reg; select only if you want additional)"

I suppose we just didn't know we were "early" since the topic was called "Registration is OPEN"
We appreciate you guys looking out for us and our wallets! Smiley

That's true.  The rooms at Ground Zero are going fast.  I, for one, was surprised at how quickly they were scarfed up.

The good news is that at the rate we're going we will probably also fill the backup hotel so even there you'll be well surrounded by like minded Valkyrie riders.  The backup hotel is also a nice Best western and is easily within walking distance (in my opinion) of Ground Zero.  Mapquest shows it to be .41 miles away, but I'd say it's right around a quarter mile.

If you've a mind to see the sites in Eureka Springs while we're there, there is a shuttle system that runs a loop though the old town from which you may exit and reboard as many time as you wish.

If you've a mind to ride the countryside, both hotels provide fairly easy access to the roads leading out of town.

Just up the road is Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge with a collection of rescued big cats.  Just north of Eureka Springs is the Promised Land Zoo where you can drive through the park and feed the roving herbivores.  I wouldn't do that on the bike.

Of an evening, there is the famous Eureka Springs Passion Play or the Ozark Mountain Hoe Down.

I'm going to have a good time.  I hope you all will too.

In my defense, I didn't "think" the pillion got a pin included with the registration, so I ordered one.  Don't want BJ to miss out on her pin...

Got 'er done @ Ground Zero!

No, BIll, they decided it would be better to have Inzane from Monday thru Friday and leave the weekends for people to travel to and from.  I like the idea, but you might have to get there on Saturday to get set up.

Looking forward to seeing you and your family at the party.

Hey Bill,
We took a poll several months ago about the days of the week, folks resoundingly chose the weekdays, leaving weekends for travel.  So we're giving it a try this year.
