First I would like to thank Fordmano and Steve K for their input on how to wire the amp.
I contacted Electrical Connection to place an order for the amp, but they said they were trying to contract a new vendor for the 4 channel amp. Out of Stock. So off to Ebay and i bought a Pyle 4 channel 400 watt amp for $62 shipped.

I did buy the pop eliminator and rear speaker wire harness for a goldwing, which also works on the valkyrie. This harness installs behind the right side cover and runs 2 sets of wires to the fairing. One set sends signal into amp and 2nd set returns the amplified signal back to rear speakers. And it was only $14.95 p/n 03112
I drilled and tapped 2 holes in the upper tree with a 5/16-24 tap for mounting brackets to hold the amp, and used 2 L-brackets that I bought at Home Depot. I then bent the brackets until there was enough clearance between speedometer and fairing.
I ran power to the Accessory wire benind the the right cover, and ground to the battery neg. the amp turns off when I remove the key, that way I don't kill the battery.
I already had the Polk Audio DB-501 5 inch speakers front and back. And now they sound Awesome
