I would like to add a pair of highway pegs before going to Sturgis this year.  I have looked at the Kuryakyn 4050, but can't find much else.
How about some other suggestions.
Thanks.

I'm sure I will not be the only one to recommend Mick-O-Pegs.  Not inexpensive, but I find them to be huge improvement over any pegs mounted on the crash bars.

For more discussion on the Mick-O-Pegs, check out this recent thread: Mick-O-Pegs

I took a hint from Frank Smoak and mounted my 4050s on the curve of the smaller part of
the crash bar. They are "swooped back", and real comfortable for me...

They're not meant to be mounted "on the curve", I bet if I took them off the
crash bar would be distressed where they were mounted, but... I don't plan to take them off...

My heels rest on the forward peg, not the arch of my foot...

What are you riding?
Are you looking to put the pegs on the curved engine crash bar, or the brace bar?
I recently purchased a pair of the Kuryakyn Footpegs 7976 that mount on the brace bar. Really like em, and IMHO, they really look good. Got em on e-bay for $133.00, but I know places like CruiserCustomizing carry em. Plus, they match my new driver pegs.

It works good, and I use it all the time. It was awkward at first, and I was trying to
think up ways to make it more comfortable, but now I am used to it.

Regular pegs for "attack position" and forward pegs for cruising... the regular shifter
doesn't feel any different at all.

I modified the kit to ditch their peg mount, I like the 4050s...
