I mentioned another time my limit in cold weather riding my comfort zone has risin as i've aged.

No big surprise there. :crazy2:Just this past friday i test rode my new D/S choice.

I was out for 25 miles in 103 degrees F heat and sunshine.

When i got home i felt like $hit. :roll:And yes i stopped twice for ice water.

Yesterday i was out for 154 miles and the highest it got was 94 degrees F.

Same gear(mesh jacket short sleeve shirt underneath and jeans and my boots)and i kept the do rag and my shirt soaked with cool water.

Longest stretch between stops 50-60 miles by which time my wetted down gear had dried out.

And after i had parked phatt ghurl i had no cramping or muscle spasms after the ride.

Not trying to be tacky but when i urinated it was a very lite yellow and not leaning towards yellow/brown and dark.

So high heat pick yer comfort zone frequent hydration stops and if you aint pissing at your stops you ARE NOT getting enough fluids.

Also every place i stopped was air conditioned.

And thats a GOOD thing.

I did not leave my gear on the M/C in the sun.

I brought it inside with me and let the gear cool off.

Geared up inside and rolled immediately.

Gearing up in the air conditioning really seemed to help.

In short-stay hydrated-frequent stops-and take advantage of the air conditioning.

Your results may very well be different than mine.

This worked/works for me and i hope it will help someone here.

RIDE SAFE.
