I am trying to replace the front pads. How do I remove a seized brake pin from the front caliper?

The cap is off, but the hex pin is now stripped.... dammit!!!! I used so much leverage that the hex is now rounded. Never, was I expecting a seized bolt. Even vise grip on the pin, between the pads, still wont budge the pin loose.

Any advice?
