Here's the status of my 00' I/S:

6-6 exhaust (no branding on pipes)
Removed all baffles
K&N Filter

What jets do I need for slows and longs and can someone provide a link to purchase them?

Only thing I can offer is....if you were able to remove baffles, then they're Cobras. The 2Bros brand have curved ends so you can't remove the baffles. As for the rest of your questions, many riders don't do anything after installing those pipes, seems to run OK for them. Your results may differ, but I'd surely run it for a while and check the spark plug condition. If they're a light dusty tan color, leave it alone.

stock main jet is fine unless u open up the airbox.  stock mj is on the rich side, if more air is not going in, there is no problem.
PJ open up idle mixture screw as needed. if more than 4.5 turns need then go to larger 38 PJ.  the bike will have crisper throttle response and better mpg with the smaller PJ opened up via MS.
if cobra needles are installed either add one extra washer or raise needle one notch.
most likely one extra washer will do the trick.

If you're simply looking for justification, you surely have it now, but all

you will accomplish with a jet change will be loss of mpg's and no

chance of recouping the horsepower lost due to those pipes.

The smart move has already been stated, and that is to keep

looking at the sparkplugs for indications of where you should be.

This was posted by J. Orr, 3/27/1998, on the GWRRA BBS, valkyrie section.
The following mods were done by Marc the owner of Factory Pro of a valkyrie that had cobra 6x6 pipes.
K&N filter (w/o prefilter)
Air box mod (remove plastic welded baffle)
38 pilot jet
3.5 turns idle mixture screw
front needles set on #3
mid and rear needles set on #2
115 main jets all carbs
this picked up 5 hp over the base run with the cobras which are down about 10 hp from stock.
this HP is still down from the stock pipes

without opening up the air box u will be too rich.
