Mechanic in Charleston....LONG lead time project

Need a recommendation for a mechanic in Charleston, SC. Little bit about the issue. Have a '99 Interstate that had a problem with the Alternator. Broke off two of the three bolts and had an easy out break off trying to get one out. Contacted a Machine Shop and had to bring in the motor...not installed in the bike for them to get the two bolts out and ready for me to install back into the bike. Long story short...job went away...bike in parts...literally in parts...had to move to Charleston and then took a job that brought me to where I am right now...in Saudi Arabia. Will be heading home in a year and want my bike back up and running for me to do some SERIOUS road time. (You do not want to ride a motorcycle here in the sandbox...not safe...not smart). Does anyone have a recommendation about a mechanic that is reliable enough to work on the bike. Want it to be almost showroom ready when I return hence the long lead time. This will include fluids, checking the timing belt, checking the forks, checking the rear end and of course new tires (it has been three years since i took her out), and any other things that need to be taken care of while the mechanic has it. Any help will be greatly appreciated and if any are in the Charleston area...I cook a MEAN Cajun mean....Thanks guys.
