While doing a "search" for paint that would come somewhat close to matching up I found this thread
http://www.valkyrieforum.com/bbs/index.php/topic,24754.0.html that didn't really solve anything for me.
Rewind......I had my batwing painted last summer and the cream color didn't match up at all, so I suggested to my buddy that owns the paint shop that we could take care of the mis-match this winter and here we are. The Honda color codes are pretty much useless IMO as they don't come up on any of the paint manufacturers charts. So after reading the above thread and giving my buddy the link to "Color Rite" he suggested I go to his paint supplier and they will take picture and mix up some paint according to that.
There are some various opinions in the above thread as to whether or not the picture idea works and IMO it did. Keep in mind that the sample is sprayed on a piece of photo paper and is not clear coated.
I did find out that the camera "MUST" be calibrated before every shot or it will "NOT" be accurate!!!
Here are the results .....
Sample

Color by Toyota-001-Branco

What is on the batwing is a cream believe it or not!

The paint process is simplified using this Toyota color from 3 paint steps to 2.
