Valkrocket has a nice chrome rack for sale a few topics down the page. I have a Super Valk on my Interstate, Will his rack fit on an Interstate with the top box off?? I'd like to buy it if it would fit. Thanks for the help . Terry  Smiley

I cannot find Valkrocket's add.  (post a link to it)

I am not clear what rack you are talking about. (post a picture of it or better description)

If you have a trunkless interstate supervalk, you cannot mount a trunk rack on the back fender.

If the rack for sale is a solo rack designed for the back fender, then you can mount one on your supervalk back fender.

I think he is referring to this.

Sadly, it won't fit without changing the rails to a Standard.

OK, I was looking in classified.

And, you'd have to mount a Honda sissy bar to those std/tourer fender struts (rails) to mount that LUGGAGE RACK to, wouldn't you?

So, you'd have a bare rear fender with a sissy bar (with or without pad) and luggage rack behind it.

That would carry stuff, but it would not look...... acceptable.

That luggage rack will not go on the rear fender in place of a solo rack  (not without fabbing a complete mounting system.... to something).

I think you can mount the luggage rack without the sissy bar. I agree, it would look weird.
