Hi, just buy a 36MM socket and make your own. It's simple to make, tape around the socket mark where the tabs are and grind out in between the tabs.
Exactly what I did a number of years ago. Socket was $3-4, marked it off using a spare nut I have, quickly found out a hacksaw was useless on that steel so used my die grinder. An hour later I had a steering stem socket for $3 and an hour of my time. Make all the vertical cuts first to outline the prongs, then make the horizontal cut between them. Dress up the cut out area with a grinder and it looks just like the $120 item....for $117 less.
