There are a lot of historical posts here on going to an electronic flasher for LED signals (you do not want load equalizers, which create heat and use the same amount of juice as regular bulbs).

I seem to recall there being an issue with 3 and 4 pole flashers.  (which is fine at the strip club)

When I needed one (Yamaha) I could not find them at auto parts, but did find them at a Semi tractor supply house (all those semi lights are leds).

Nick, I just looked on that website where you can check the compatibility with the Valk. Site says no, so let us know if it works for you. I'm pretty sure it will if Bill suggested it, seems strange it would work on all the other Hondas listed and wouldn't work on a Valk. Maybe it's the connector which isn't a big deal to change that out. I currently have a load equalizer and would like to get rid of it.

At one time Radiantz made a unit that was plug-and-play with Valks and VTXs alike. It was also adjustable in terms of flash rate.

I had one on my VTX1800C, required when I converted its aftermarket halogen Silver Bullet turn signals to LED.

My current I/S uses one of manufacture I can't remember. It wasn't "plug and play", though. I had to attach a 3-conductor Hitachi plug to its wire leads before it would play with the bike, but I have the supplies for that.  Cheesy

I installed the Show Chrome 13-306 yesterday, it is a plug and play LED Relay. I haven't switched my turn signals to LED yet (In process) but it did work.

Summit Racing (no kickback) has a motorized flasher. We used this type in the big trucks . EFL-1.
It is a 2 spade plug and play. I have done no research on it. It is an option for our use. I will see if I have one left in my stock.

I've made an upgrade to the stock Flashers.  This is plug-play for valks and will give added features like, Autocancel, Hazards, and Escort flashing.

Update
Switched out the front signals to LED, the Show Chrome LED Relay worked perfect. This relay has a pigtail with the correct female connector that will replace the OEM Interstate flasher FR-3303.

Good to hear, I am still waiting on mine. A friend of mine said that getting to the flasher is easier if u take the coolant tank out of the way and go in from there?

Nick if you need to borrow one to test lights, you can borrow my spare one. It's the same one I'm using plug-n-play. Move the radiator overflow to the side and you can reach it from that side. We can meet up somewhere after work.

Got it put in yesterday, it was fairly easy after taking the Coolant tank out of the way. I actually just got my LED Headlights in today as well, hopefully I will get to that in a few days.  cooldude

Nick, I take it that it's plug 'n play and works as expected?

Yes John, it works fine. Once I got the coolant tank out it was pretty easy to get to.  cooldude
