Well, he should be easy to find.

Anyone ever hear of the crime of conspiracy to violate Federal immigration laws?  Or how about Rico statutes on organized crime where groups of people all get together in a common scheme to violate multiple laws?  The prizes go way up for those convictions.

They should be easy to find too.

Not until they actually pull his license (I don't think).

Of course, beating a witness on the stand about the head and shoulders with a monster Black's Law Dictionary, will probably get you an instant contempt.  But it might take months for the State Bar to finally call you in to discuss if you really deserve to keep your license.

Stop all this "undocumented" crap. She is here illegally, she is an illegal person, she is a criminal. How does a criminal even get a license to practice law in California??? The feds should get heavy handed and set an example. Arrest her, stick her in prison for a year or 2 then deport her back to wherever she came from. Arrest all the idiots associated in the article with hr and prosecute them for whatever they can, conspiracy, harboring a criminal whatever. Throw them in a prison for a few years.
The Feds need to not send a single penny to the state of California, and the people of California. for anything, until they stop this crap. You want your SS and Medicare, pressure your leaders to enforce the law and stop being a sanctuary.
Unless they actually step in and do something like this, This illegal process will never stop.

It wasn't quite that much, but I have turned down a rather lucrative job offer purely because it was in The People's Republic of California.

My freedom is worth more than money.

Only way I'd take a job there is if it was enough money that I could work 5 years or less and make enough in that time period to COMFORTABLY retire and then move back to a free state.
